Hello, having never bought a car from anywhere other than a main dealer I can say that the service provided prior and on the day by David was of a high standard, we felt welcome and were treated well. The car was presented to a high standard and the test drive was sufficient to cement our decision. Only downside was the time taken to appraise our trade-in - which wasn't really in Davids control but kept us on site a bit longer than we would have hoped.

We bought a C-class here last week. Made an appointment and when we arrived the car was there and ready for us. Checked it over carefully and did a test drive, passed with flying colours.

David was really good with us - a week earlier we visited a car supermarket and were treated poorly - but Bespokes of London were polite and accommodating. The price for the car was also competitive with the car supermarkets.
